I love hot pot and decided to come here by myself; I’ve been to the other location but not here. I walk in and there’s no one at the hostess spot. I had to wait over 10min for any sort of interaction. I had to call over a hispanic worker in spanish and ask him for “instructions” and he flagged someone down for me. I stopped in for a relaxing meal and had a great time. There was a large variety of food and drinks with a nice atmosphere. I explained that I had not eaten hot pot like this before and the server explained the process and how to proceed. I ate until I was stuffed and had a great time. The delivery robot was adorable and the food came out quickly. I will definitely try this out again soon. Highly recommend. Be careful to confirm the location when making the reservation as there is another in Schaumburg.
