Hated to go dr Shabnum Khatijah s office . Front desk people are the most unprofessional unpleasant people there. They will put you on hold for hours and never come back . For prescription you have to call several times and remind them before you get it.
Went there to have some medical forms signed for work and Dr. Kety acted like she couldn’t sign them. When I told her I was going to call my workplace her demeanor immediately changed and “suddenly” she could sign them. The office staff is also super rude and has been that way for years. Not sure if it’s racism or pure jealousy but this is one of the most unprofessional doctor offices ever. Look elsewhere!
If there is Zero star, I would do that. Poor customer service and staff and Doctor don't care about patients. It takes hrs. to get on phone and keep you on hold. In office no respect given by staff and Dr. Khety doesn't have time for us. Hard to get medication renewal and even pharmacy is complaining about this office's communication practice. If you are FOB, you can have this dr. else AVOID!!!

If patient who is totally new to the country, me being polite and asking her questions regarding my mother in law’s medications, she has to give such a rude answers.
