Professional, Knowledgeable, Very Caring.
Dr Shabanie is good but Alba is a mess. She messed up with my insurance coverage and later explains that she noticed only one week before my procedure. I ended up paying for her mess. Please check all your details when you deal with her and ask for it in writing by email or text.
I have dealt with Alba to set up two separate procedures. On both occasions she was welcoming and professional. Alba was thorough, informative, and very competent. Doctor Shabani explained everything, was very professional and comforting. My pain has subsided thanks to Doctor Shabani. I highly recommend this Doctor's office.
This review is written on behalf of my mother who is the patient and I went with her to her first "appointment". The staff for this doctors office is the WORST we have ever experienced. They will waste your time and schedule you, but when you show up the day of your appointment they will not have your information in the system nor will they have your insurance verified.
