Really poor experience here and a waste of time before and during appointment. The doctor was 30 minutes late. Offputting, dismissive energy. I submitted the extensive pre visit work of photos and uploading. What a waste. They did not have it so come prepared with evidence. None of the charting info is reviewed anyways. I was not impressed by the bed side manner or knowledgeability. I felt dismissed and left defeated. I was a REFERRED patient and all I was told was take more Zyrtex. Dr. F and Cherry were wonderful. The office staff too. So kind.
They spent a really long time with me, listening to all my concerns. They were extremely compassionate and understanding. Both Dr. Feigenbaum and his nurse Cherry are excellent practitioners. I would highly recommend them.
