I phoned in an order for pick up. I went inside to pick it up and nobody was at the front desk and I heard employees have a great time in the back. When I finally got service and was rung up the employee was very nice. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because when I got home and unpacked my food not everything was in the bag. I ordered a cheesecake and was charged for the dessert, no cheesecake was in the bag. I called to ask for a refund the girl was happy to give me a refund.
