Horrible customer service, you don't put a new girl to answer the phones on a busy Saturday night. And you don't tell someone that you have delivery then take it away!!!! If your customer service is this bad I can only Imagine how nasty and horrible your pizza is... Will never recommend or eat here ever!!!
This location has horrible customer service. Sometimes they deliver to our address other times they say we are to far. We live less than three miles away.
We had them cater our wedding and it was amazing food and wonderful people to work with. Thank you so much! My husband and I are now addicted and will always recommend Sgt. Peffer's!! I need to get back to Omaha to visit them again!
Been ordering from Sgt. Peffer's for years. The pizza is just as good, if not better than, some of the other hometown pizza joints in the area, and these guys are better priced. I always order the Gourmet Veggie slightly overcooked and am always well accommodated. Larry is especially helpful.
We went for late lunch today and as always we loved it, I had the seafood lasagna, it was delicious
Been going since I was a kid! I remember walking down there with my BFF and we would scower our change to get the pizza slice deal and buy ice cream truffles for our dessert! Oh the memories! My brother and sister both worked there. He would always bring home the Canadian bacon pizza or meatball sandwich! Let me just tell ya, Magnificent! If you ever have a problem just let the owner know they will take care of it. Great people! Only one request! Please bring back the truffles... Please would love a spark on nostalgia.
Tonight I picked my husband up from the airport, we both waited to eat dinner until after I picked him up. We obviously went to the Carter Lake location as it was closest to the airport. We walked in at 8:50 and the woman behind the counter looked straight at us and said "Oh F@#!" nice job on keeping it classy. Yes, we left and will not ever go back.
