I was simply minding my own business, cleaning out the inside of my car with the vacuum, sprays, and the other amenities they offer. Then these two workers came up to me for no apparent reason, looked at me for a good solid few seconds like they were sizing me up, thinking I was damaging the property and bothering the people around me. They went back to their stations and continued looking at me for another few minutes. I would come again but I'm not sure if I feel comfortable.
Their vacuums are very powerful!
It's very irritating how the workers come running toward customers when they are about to pay for the wash. It would be nice if the workers only come out if needed by the customers otherwise don't bother. "Let customers breathe Please."
Jaeden at the Cuyahoga Falls location was quite informative and courteous with my experience. I thought my vehicle was washed properly and the extra amenities to dry the exterior and clean the interior were great!! A very positive experience!!
