This company sends you text messages asking if they can buy your property. They hope to come across someone needing money who is willing to settle for less than the property is worth. They do not even identify themselves in the first text, they simply ask if you want to sell your land and only identify who they are when you ask. "Jake", in particular, is one very rude individual who should not be entrusted to contact potential clients at all. Very unprofessional company who does NOT put their clients best interests first.

Yup, I'm getting unsolicited spam texts from this company to buy property that they think is vacant, yet it has had a house on it for 30+ years.
