Awful company! She never answers her phone! If an appliance goes out they will leave you months high and dry and come up with many excuses as to why they cannot fix the issue. For an example, when a tenant calls to let you know their fridge is not staying cold a response shouldn’t be “well let me know” You should be getting them a knew one!!!!! They do not care about their tenants! Come time to move and we cannot even get in contact with her to even put in our 30 day notice! Absolutely insane!!! I cannot believe this company... read more

Rented from them for 9 years. Left the property about 8 months ago. We left the property clean and empty as we hired professionals to clean and move. Kristin did a walk through with us, said everything was great and asked for a forwarding address to send our security deposit. We still have not seen the deposit. She will not answer text messages, emails for phone calls. We recently sued them and won a judgment against them. I have hired a company to help me find their assets and will levy their account. I moved out at the end of March and have yet to receive my security deposit. Additionally, Kristen will not even return my text messages. While living in the home she also never returned calls and I had to be pushy for major repairs. Most repairs I did myself since she is so nonresponsive. The house needs some major foundation and roofing repairs, but it is very obvious (just look at the tub) that the house receives no maintenance. Yet, they will still raise the rent!
