Dr. O'Neill is the absolute best! We looked forward to our appointments with her. We always came with a list of questions, and Dr. O'Neill answered them all directly and confidently. The staff was super friendly as well. Our appointments were always on time. The waiting room was peaceful and welcoming. They allow you to schedule all your appointments up front, so you can work them into your personal life. They answer the phone when you call (unlike Kids in the Sun down the hall). The receptionists here in the obgyn office are rude. I am seeing Dr haun for my pregnancy care and I don't want to go back due to how rude they are. I don't know who I spoke to the first 2 times but I spoke to rachael today and she was just as bad. I can't deal with bad customer service and will have to find a new dr. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have been seeing Katherine Mcdowell for about maybe 8 months now and i think shes the most friendliest Dr. Ive felt so comfortable with !! She listen's and actually addresses your problems.I deffinatley recoommend her to all woman! She's Great !!
