Wonderful Experience! First off, I need to say that I have NEVER written to this or Yelp or Annie's or any other website about any type of service, until now. Excellent work at a very reasonable price! The workmen were very friendly and courteous to my children and pets (VERY important to me!) and they even cleaned up well after they were finished. Poor-skilled workers with a smile The company has friendly workers, but the work they do is very sloppy. The windows they installed were leaking. They came back to repair them twice with a smile, but they leaked again -- to the point someone had to stand by the windows 24 hours during the rain so our floor wouldn't be damaged by water. When you ask them to correct the problem, they are always friendly. But friendliness is not the solution to the leaking problem. I won't recommend this company to anyone. I put off getting new windows installed because I feared I would pick a lame company! So, needless to say, I was wary!
