This was one of the worst purchasing expereince I have ever had. I had to call numerous times, due to Bruce forgetting my order and then twice for them not meeting their commitment to schedule, even when they aboslutely promised. They changed the quote on me slightly from my second conversation and then after they finally did the job they sent me a bill for \$1000 over the quote. The job ended up satisfactory but not worth the poor service and headaches.
