Had then come out to help me get a new ac unit. And pushed me to buy this 2 tone unit that sweared it would be enough to cool the whole place. Turns out it doesn't cool off the upstairs and says anything else bigger could cause problems with the system.
Will neaver use them again. Had a whole house generator put in . Did not put gas line under ground .and when asked why they said it would be another $500 but we where neaver told . They say salesman did tell us . But he neaver did . Than we where to get a 10 year extended warranty and still try to get it . They say they call you back and don’t . Went thu Home Depot to get this done and no one is very helpful. Will never use Home Depot or SGI . Tell everyone I know not to go there .
Horrible service! I set up an appointment for an estimate and Mike was unprofessional to say the least. He initially told me that he recommends that I replace my 8 YEAR OLD FURNACE that Home Depot installed in order to get the best usage since I had to replace my CA unit. During his service appointment he also inquired if I would be getting any other estimates, when I stated “Yes” he refused to give me an estimate, took the folder and told me that he will not give me any quotes because he didn’t believe I was interested in m... read more
A no star rating as the system will not allow one had to be highlighted. Do not trust the sales people. Drew Meier was the sales person who provided the estimate. The estimate was to take 15 minutes which turned into 2 hrs, then he stated the quote provided would remain and they would not change pricing once they came in to install a new unit. We're surprised by your complaint and disappointed that you feel this way. Your submitted work order was to replace only the evaporator coil in your 20+ year old unit in the attic, and not the whole unit. As soon we research showed that we couldn't get a new coil that would fit from any of our suppliers, we reached out to offer to cancel your order (no money was ever collected) and offered the only solution we could, which was to replace the entire air handler.
