Price was only a little more than average, but might just be inflation. Worth it though, they performed a very robust inspection and gave a detailed yet concise report and very helpful extra information alongside professional terms that may confuse people. They caught a lot of concerning and structurally imperative issues for a house I made an offer on, which will be invaluable for negotiations and decision making.
Trevor did a very thorough inspection. The details and pictures provided gave me a full understanding of what is needed. The warm and cold thermal imaging pictures were very informative as well. Very professional, on time, great communication and would definitely use again!

When I first met Trevor he walked past me completely and straight to shake the realtor's hand. He was more interested in making business connections than meeting me -- the person paying for the inspection. I had to introduce myself by calling out to him. Next he said looking at the house "Ok, this shouldn't take too long". Honestly don't want to hear that. Please take your time. Well, he didn't take his time. A friendly team who is certainly knowledgeable in their craft. They wrote a well detailed report, along with photos. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny! I definitely did not question the value that they brought to the table! Thank You, Trevor, Steve, Jessica and the other inspector (so sorry to not remember his name) for your work!
