JP to my rescue....again! While camping, I had an issue with the hand brake on my '15 Explorer when hitching up the trailer. Had to leave it parked at camp and returned to Montreal. Next day by phone, we got it towed, by Bill's Towing and JP had it resolved in a few hours after getting the truck. Very honest about the problem and didn't try to balloon the bill! Horrible experience This is a very shady company. Be very careful. They change parts without permission, then refuse to release the car without payment. Called us a liars, wasted so much of our time and took 2 months for the repair. Took us an hour fighting to get our truck released ( after calling Ford canada and turned over conversation logs to prove their dishonesty) Absolutely worse customer service I've ever experienced. Ford canada is investigating!!!
