Our old roof started leaking next to our outdated chimney and behind our walls during the summer of 2025, but we were able to patch it. However once we got into the snowy and icey season, the water started leaking behind our walls again. Rocky from S&G came out to do an inspection and was very open and honest with the findings. We could have kept patching the hole to stop the leaking, but the roof was already 19 years old and starting to show signs of major deterioration (moss, shingles lifting, etc). Over the last ice storm, our skylight broke. It was raining in our house. We called S&G on a Friday and by the next Wednesday they had the roof completely fixed. Not only was the roof fixed but you can't even tell they were here. I mean not a scrap of anything ANYWHERE. I don't think they even left foot prints 🤣. And honestly, I think the price was completely fair and their customer service and communication was amazing.I have zero complaints.
