I experienced difficulty making a payment for my daughter due to a recent personal situation. I contacted the accounting office multiple times seeking assistance or a temporary payment extension, but I did not receive clear guidance or meaningful support. There was no fee waiver provided overall, except for a one-time 50% waiver, and no payment extension or flexibility was offered beyond that.
