SG Real Estate is a good owner of the Stranda Bilding; it takes care of the tenant when necessary and does it very fast. Its employees are very friendly and nice and take their responsibility seriously. Recently my dichwasher mashine didn't work properly and immediately I got a technician for evaluation who suggested to replace the machine and after very short time I got the new one. That this could happen smoothly, I owe Ann Penafiel The Maintenance Coordinator and Efrain the Mantenance Technician of the Company.
I had a very positive experience as a tenant of a property managed by SG Real Estate. The building was well-maintained and they responded quickly to any maintenance requests. I also want to give them an extra shoutout for being genuinely welcoming to dogs of all breeds and sizes. That policy was a breath of fresh air during my apartment search, and it's a standard I hope more properties follow!
Very impressed with the management team at SG Real Estate, from our initial contact through residency and even move-out they were fabulous! My daughter was a student-athlete at Cal in Berkeley with very little time to apartment hunt, but they were so accommodating in setting up appointments and viewing their multiple building/apt options in the area! David and his team at the Den genuinely take care of their people. I had a situation that could have been a headache and they went out of their way to sort it out, no drama, no runaround, just real help. You can tell they actually care about their residents, whether you are living there now or long gone. If you are looking for a place where the people running it treat you like a human and not a number, this is it. Thanks David, appreciate you man.
I had a great experience renting from SG! No issues ever and maintenance and management were always quick to resolve concerns. When I Iost my key, two kind workers - Ryan Garcia and Zach Reynolds helped me get back into my apartment within an hour.
