They were supposed to deliver a bed last night for discharge today. They never showed up. They lied and said they “had the wrong phone number.” They can’t be playing around with people’s health and time like this. So wrong. If you have a choice for you DME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Good luck if you have to call them, I have been on hold for 10min...when they answer they will put you on hold again I have waited for as long as 35min for someone to answer and give me the most rude customer service I have ever received. Please save your time and go else where
