No kidding as to why this company has a 2.2 overall rating! Waiting all day to have a hospital bed and hoyer lift delivered. Never got a call, I had to be the one constantly calling for an update. They said 7pm-9pm the latest. 10pm came, I called the after hours line and all they could do was send the dispatcher a message to contact the driver. Driver finally calls at 10:40pm to say he will be here at 11:20pm to deliver and it’s only the lift because the bed is out of stock!! I spoke to multiple people all day and not once w... read more

I usually just go to the supply house on Waterman on Waterman if I need any answers very inconvenient but that's the only way you get any answers from these people he never answer the phone he never called back I was so happy with Hanger Shoes with my insurance sent me over here now it's not very good service well I shouldn't use the word good it's all poor I must have metal when you go and drop in on them on Waterman you do talk to somebody and they'll usually get you an answer I give him an F minus I was going to give an f... read more
Waiting over 5 months . This is beyond any type of service I have ever heard. I need my motor wheel chair . Paid over $20,000 @ SG Homecare . I had to buy a temporary until this is fixed. Now I have to go buy another motor wheel chair. They say it's normal for them to take this long for parts. Even tho insurance pays for this they deliberately take time so you have to buy another wheelchair. I need to report this.
I have had ongoing problems in the wheelchair division of this company the last month I have had rude women answer the phone fight with me on the phone over what my referral says make an appointment on a day that I said I cannot make it please schedule another day and talk over me while I'm talking so I can't explain what is happening if I wasn't required to deal with this company I would not
