Waiting over 5 months . This is beyond any type of service I have ever heard. I need my motor wheel chair . Paid over $20,000 @ SG Homecare . I had to buy a temporary until this is fixed. Now I have to go buy another motor wheel chair. They say it's normal for them to take this long for parts. Even tho insurance pays for this they deliberately take time so you have to buy another wheelchair. I need to report this.
I have had ongoing problems in the wheelchair division of this company the last month I have had rude women answer the phone fight with me on the phone over what my referral says make an appointment on a day that I said I cannot make it please schedule another day and talk over me while I'm talking so I can't explain what is happening if I wasn't required to deal with this company I would not
