We did a very involved large basement with them. Excellent work ethics. Very adaptable team. Ryan is very very responsive and always on top of things. Danielle is amazing with her design and color schemes. Greg is outstanding in what he does, very experienced and it shows in his interactions. Bobby always was available when we needed help. We chose SG Builders to gut and remodel a ranch house in Naperville’s Cress Creek. SGB was recommended by the builder of our previous townhouse 30 miles away. We looked at competitors, but SGB presented a strong team to design and build that was far superior to the other builders. Ryan and his team were very transparent on what was realistic and laid out a very detailed cost-plus work plan and budget that gave us deep insight into what subcontractors should do. Renovation or new construction. SG Builders is a company that delivers. We had a big ask in a small space. Wanted to open up a wall and with that was every single utility going upstairs. We set a budget before they started and they stayed within it and kept us updated every step of the way. They brought in true professionals and they were in and out and everything was clean and tidy. From the very beginning, the SG Home Builders team was straightforward and transparent about both the cost and the timeline for our project.
