We chose SG Builders to gut and remodel a ranch house in Naperville’s Cress Creek. SGB was recommended by the builder of our previous townhouse 30 miles away. Renovation or new construction. SG Builders is a company that delivers. We had a big ask in a small space. Wanted to open up a wall and with that was every single utility going upstairs. We set a budget before they started and they stayed within it and kept us updated every step of the way. They brought in true professionals and they were in and out and everything was clean and tidy. From the very beginning, the SG Home Builders team was straightforward and transparent about both the cost and the timeline for our project. We are super happy with how our project with SG turned out. Ryan, Greg and Danielle were awesome to work with. They were easy to work with, always kept us updated, and made sure everything was done the way we wanted. The quality is great, and they were happy to change things (when we changed our minds on stuff!) along the way, which was a huge relief. The site was kept clean during the project which meant a lot. The finished project looks even better than we expected. We have, and would recommend them to anyone!
We did a LARGE remodel project and so glad we went with SG. Ryan and Greg were always super responsive and willing to work with us to bring our crazy ideas to reality. The end result is amazing!
