Due to health condition i was not active for almost 2 years , but being at SFX Alpharetta with Andrew made me feel alive again . He is so knowledgeable , punctual & makes sure to train you according to your health & weaknesses I highly recommend him as a personal trainer as well as recommending SFX which is open 24/7 🦋🦋🦋

Rick is an incredible trainer. He is extremely motivating and keeps things energetic and the exercises and routines fresh. His gym is very welcoming - clean, new machines, never feels crowded. A great vibe. I sincerely look forward to the sessions. Highly recommend!!

Passing through town and needed a day pass. Rick went out of his way to make sure I had access, an office to take my call, and a receipt for my expense report. The gym was very clean and well kept. There was nothing I was looking for that they didn't have. Very well done.

I have all good things to say about SFX! I was referred by a friend and Andrew is my trainer. He is so knowledgeable, answers all my questions, and gives me valuable information which I appreciate. I love the accountability aspect and he does push me harder than I would push myself but I feel great after every workout. 10/10 recommend!
