I’ve been working out at SFX with Harold for the past year and it’s been an awesome experience. The functional workouts are challenging, effective, and tailored to my goals.
No group classes
Harold is wonderful over at SFX. Our workouts over the past few months have been game changing. Down 9lbs and counting! Highly recommend the SFX staff, community and Harold for sure.

I found SFX about 2.5 years ago after trying several different gyms in Roswell and I am so happy I did. The classes are great and the trainers are very experienced and attentive. Would highly recommend!
