Great people to get to know and workout with. Rick was very helpful in getting my wife and I setup.
Nice, small, local gym that is clean and has attentive and knowledgeable trainers. Robert is my trainer. He is patient, attentive, and creates a workout tailored to my goals. And he has a good sense of humor! There are mixed ages and stages of people - those who are long time gym people and those just starting out. Definitely recommend SFX Gym
I’ve been working out at SFX with Harold for the past year and it’s been an awesome experience. The functional workouts are challenging, effective, and tailored to my goals.
No group classes
Harold is wonderful over at SFX. Our workouts over the past few months have been game changing. Down 9lbs and counting! Highly recommend the SFX staff, community and Harold for sure.
