SFX is a wonderful place to workout! I especially love the classes that Jess teaches. She pushes us to work harder & be better!!
Love the gym and facility. Jesse has been absolutely wonderful with her HIT classes. It has been life changing for my health and well being. We have a little family of classmates that have become close all the while getting into great shape. Wade.
I love the workout class with Jess. It’s Offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30. It’s a great mix of cardio and weights. Excellent resistance training.
Best gym ever! Love the trainer that I see (Cedric) and management. Very clean and they have lots of equipment. Enjoy working out here!
