As a painting contractor with 25 years in the industry, I can usually tell pretty quickly when someone truly knows their craft. My interaction with Jacob Hair and the team at SFW Construction was excellent. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about paint, coatings, and restoration work, and he took the time to clearly explain things and answer every question I had. Our remediation project lead by Rob was fantastic. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It seemed like he really had our best interest at heart and he didn't try sell us more than we asked for. I highly recommend this team!

I obtained a bid, but went elsewhere after receiving their extremely lengthy contract that went far beyond any of the other companies who bid. This was the only company that wouldn't provide a relatively concrete bid for the prep work. Instead they bill $85-99/hr, per worker, and some things you think would be included like scaffolding are extra (though no cost is specified in writing).
