I obtained a bid, but went elsewhere after receiving their extremely lengthy contract that went far beyond any of the other companies who bid. This was the only company that wouldn't provide a relatively concrete bid for the prep work. Instead they bill $85-99/hr, per worker, and some things you think would be included like scaffolding are extra (though no cost is specified in writing). Not long ago I left a review indicating that we struggled to get someone to get back to us on having some warranty repair work done. It took a while to finally connect with a crew, but today they came (on time, on the confirmed date) and not only evaluated the work we requested, but completed the repairs same day. The paint job is looking much better—happy to have it resolved. thank you!!
Bubba with SFW came out to assess a problematic paint job done by another company. I can't say enough about my experience. He took the time to look closely at what was happening with the paint, asked pointed questions and explained what it would take to correct the problems. This was a free evaluation on SFW's dime. Bubba also didn't try to sell me anything. We recently bought a house built in 1992 and most of the windows are from the original build. The windows had started separating from the frame, creating these gaps for air and bugs. Two painters were available to help reseal the windows with caulking and they did a great job! The house feels less breezy and they were professional and went the extra mile to help us. Since some of the windows were up so high, they offered to clean the top windows for us as well. Definitely hire them!
