Considering the stress of having to replace a substantial amount of siding due to water damage, we had a positive experience with SWF. Travis, the project supervisor was fantastic. Personable, patient, kept us up to date, hard worker and took pride in his work. The only issue was the fact that we had to proactively pursue the credit we were due for returned material.
We are extremely happy with the work done by SFW Construction. We had some extensive dry rot, more than we had expected. Jose and his coworker were very thorough, professional, friendly, efficient, and at the end of each day, everything was cleaned up when the left. Don't get me wrong, it is expensive when you are dealing with dry rot, quotes are unlike quotes you get for other work. I spoke with 5 companies, SFW was in the middle. Billy appeared very experienced and did a good, careful job with the crew. He added extra flashing over two windows which I'm sure was needed originally.
From beginning to end the team was timely, professional and worked with me on exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me.
