I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Henry Avalos. During our phone conversation, I found him to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my questions or addressing my concerns respectfully, his tone came across as angry and disrespectful, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. I highly recommend this team for anyone going through the home buying process. Lavell, my agent and the loan team were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my entire journey. As a first-time buyer, I had so many questions, but Lavell and the whole team were always available, clear, and reassuring. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed.
