We rented an apartment from SFT for almost 2 years and our experience was incredible. Sure, there were a few hiccups but our property manager Simi was always on call and made sure to sort them out efficiently and on time and was incredibly professional and courteous every single time. She is hands down the best property manager/landlord we’ve ever had!

I leased my apartment through SFT Investments for over two years and had an incredible experience. The property was extremely safe, with several layers of security including coded gates around the perimeter, secured parking, and code-protected external doors—offering peace of mind and a strong sense of safety.
