I leased my apartment through SFT Investments for over two years and had an incredible experience. The property was extremely safe, with several layers of security including coded gates around the perimeter, secured parking, and code-protected external doors—offering peace of mind and a strong sense of safety. Simi is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond on issues. The maintenance team is timely and gets the job done. I enjoy the quiet and privacy of my apartment and its urban, “hip” location.

Very responsive to applications and questions via call and text. The leasing and living process was a breeze with prompt responses and check ins. Simi was great to work with!
While there are areas where improvement can be made, I will say that my stay has been pleasant more times than not. One of my favorite aspects of this property management company is their staff.
