Simi is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond on issues. The maintenance team is timely and gets the job done. I enjoy the quiet and privacy of my apartment and its urban, “hip” location.
I am a tenant and they have been very friendly and responsive to my maintenance requests — including promptly replacing my fridge when the old unit had issues. Special shoutout to Simi who has been great to work with
Very responsive to applications and questions via call and text. The leasing and living process was a breeze with prompt responses and check ins. Simi was great to work with!
While there are areas where improvement can be made, I will say that my stay has been pleasant more times than not. One of my favorite aspects of this property management company is their staff. The maintenance team are skilled, friendly, professional and efficient. As far as the management team, when issues arose Simi was quick to respond and rectify the situation.
