If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this department was characterized by an extraordinary lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic helpfulness. The interactions I had with staff came across as unnecessarily hostile, dismissive, and profoundly unwelcoming. Petition to Cancel Form submitted and didn't receive and answer in two weeks, and will likely force me to pay another month's of rent because they didn't answer on time in the time frame promised.
horrible unsafe and discriminatory organization with lamentable values. would recommend commuting if possible to not give them any of your money.
They don’t care about your safety either, I have had so many issues with finding drugged out homeless people hiding in our trash cans and have called the SF state PD and they managed to blame me and my roommate for what happened which absolutely disappointing. You can’t even feel safe going to school anymore. If I could give this whole place 0 stars I would.
Don't trust these people. They don't care about you, they care about your wallet.
