The best printshop around the area. I've worked with them for more than a decade and they never disappointed me. Kuma in particular, the manager is an amazing professional with a great sense of customer care. Always helps with special projects I have.

In terms of customer service, this establishment is the epitome of disappointment. The proprietor failed to reply to my emails, gave me false assurances that a small one-page task could be completed immediately, only to inform me upon my arrival that it would take hours to finish. Best Printing shop in Bay Area. I get all my printing done from these guys. I would say they have the best price and quality in whole Bay Area. Great and very quick Customer Service, They are very accommodating.
