Disgusting. My room was not cleaned: feces in the unflushed toilet; hair, food, and toothpicks on the floor; black mold on the ceiling, months of dust on the lighting fixtures and sticky stuff on the desk. The TV didn't work. The TV remote was in pieces taped together with electrical tape. I almost forgot there were also cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling. I mailed two emails and there doesn't have anyone reply me. I confused did I send the correct email address since I was leaving the message from your website even from Agoda shows the email information after I booked rooms.
Staff was friendly, service was quick. Rooms are typical fo the price you are paying. My room did not come with a microwave or fridge, unsure if those are options to relieve.
