It was ok. Nothing bad or good.
Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel lacks quality and professionalism, with service well below expectations—particularly from the two front desk staff, whose attitude and behavior left a very negative impression.
This message is for the owner or manager, please do train the front desk people. Especially the person by name Fahad. He just keep the things by himself don't explain anything in detail to the customer at the time of check in. Just scanning the documents is not the part of front desk job. Everything needs to be explained to the customer. Regarding check in check out and security deposits. Really cool place but wished they served food at 6:30 like advertised and not 7:30.. needed a lil bit more cleaning
