Always great care
Dr. Edwards is a nightmare to work with. She has terrible bedside manner and treats her patients like they are incompetent. Offers no solutions to any of your problems and doesn’t take anytime looking into previous labs or history to find an answer to your concerns. I cannot stress enough that it’s providers like her that make me distrust all medical professionals.
I've been going to SFMP since 2018, when they were down the street, and followed Dr. Suneela to this location. I find all of the staff extremely helpful and friendly and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
The receptionist that answers the phone is the RUDEST person! I called to make a request and the receptionist could not help me and did not offer to take a message or transfer me to someone who could help. I said THANK YOU, and disconnected the call. I called right back to ask for a call back from a nurse who I thought could help me and she accused me of “hanging up in her face” and said I couldn’t get a call back because I would probably hang up on them too.
