Was considering working with them for a Truck lease, but after reading the reviews and the fact that I couldn’t even step in the door told me it was a big no no
There is soooo much misinformation on these reviews. Here's the God's honest truth about SFI. First, SFI and schneider trucking are SEPERATE entities. Yes, you'll get a cheaper deposit if you lease on with schneider trucking but YOU DONT HAVE TO. The ONLY way you'll make money and afford this is by finding a carrier to lease on that you can make real income. Most likely you will have to put $5,000 or more down depending on the age and miles of the truck. Used trucks are $5000 and brand new trucks are $9500 right now. I know ... read more
I am glad I read the reviews. I have 17k and was thinking of lease purchasing from SFI. But man everything posted here and BBB this company only goal is to hurt new owner operators. So I am thanking everyone for posting.
My experience with Sfi Was one I hope to never experience again from the second month of working with them, I have began to get threatened to have my truck taken from me because the company I was under was suffering and I couldn’t make weekly payments so the only way I could keep the truck was to increase the weekly payments Which they increase from 1215 to 1715 at my year mark I have been threatened so many times by my administrator Miss Welner I was just fed up and stressed out at the end of it all, she was very rude over ... read more
