I've always taken my car to the dealer for repairs and service. I won't be taking it back to the dealer ever again! They fixed a fuel issue I had and did an oil change all for a very reasonable price. Alex was kind enough to drive all the way to Lennox to pick me up when it was finished because I didn't have a ride. Above and beyond in customer service and they know their stuff!
Worked on my VW TDI Touareg. Did great work. Alex is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this shop.
I brought my Audi here because my headlights were not working. they had my car for a week and tell me it is done and that the headlights were working. I go to pick it up and they charged me and one of the headlights wasn't working still. So i tell them this and they look at it and tell me the bulb is missing. I mean seriously. So obviously they didn't even look. They then tell me that i can just take it home and put it in myself. Always great talking to Alex. He does great work for a fair price, I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
We were on a family vacation 700 miles from home and had some fuel line issues with our MB sprinter van. We contacted SFD at 4:55 pm and even though they were about to close, they stayed late to fix our vehicle and get us back on the road that same day! I’m so grateful for their willingness to help and their professionalism. Just a great company that still puts the customer first. Highly recommended!
