We rent and our property managers use them for HVAC issues. They’ve been out a couple times and do great work. Eddie saved the owner from needing to do big repairs because he found a solution that did not require a new fuse or replacement of the unit. They have been professional and clearly have superior expertise and customer service. Great working with them!

Great experience with this company! SFC apparently has been around the area for 40+ years and after being charged for multiple repairs by other "BIG NAME" companies, I figured i'll try out my neighbor's recommendation. This was my first repair to my house by a vendor that i don't feel as if I got ripped off. SFC came out the same day i called and found/repaired a minor leak that other companies obviously couldn't!
