I visited three other bike shops before coming here, and I am so glad I ended up here. Ethan was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Went here to get both my wheels replaced after they were stolen. Staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly cared about delivering quality work. I spent $330 total for the replacement which felt very reasonable and bike is in great shape now.
I've been bringing my bike here for at least 6 years now and they fix everything. Great people great service, the only complaint is parking but this is SF what do you expect.
SF Wheels was the key to fixing my Rad Wagon 4 bike! While most shops said I needed a full wheel replacement, which Rad didn't have in stock, SF Wheels took the time to disassemble the wheel and replace the planetary gear, which is the common point of failure. Now my bike is working perfectly.
