Great bikes, knowledgeable staff and easy renting experience
Great experience renting, very easy and knowledgeable staff. Bikes were powerful for San Francisco hills.
My brand new Lectric XP4 rear brake lever felt spongy and would barely brake. The Bike Connection on Folsom St recommended me to SF Wheels for service repairs it turned out my rear brakes had air trapped in the hydraulic brake line. Quick and professional service at SF Wheels took less than 2hrs to fix my brakes. Would definitely recommend for ebike services.
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed SF Wheels yet! I’ve been a regular customer for a few years, and refer everyone I know for e-bike service. Kind, humble, skilled, reasonable, and fast! You couldn’t ask for more in a bike shop. This place is a gem.
