Could NOT fault any of the staff at SF Vet hospital. They took amazing care of my little boy. Always calling us with updates on his condition, explaining everything thoroughly and always willing to answer my countless questions. Everyone is super compassionate and caring. It was very stressful day but luckily we found this place who saved my boy. Took great care of our beloved cat in emergency (No Xtra emergency fee !!). 100% would recommend to family and friends and definitely will come back.
Let me preface by saying how much I adore and love my small rescue chihuahua mix dog Emerson. I treat my dog like my own child, so when it was time for him to get a dental cleaning under anesthesia, I was really hesitant and nervous on which local vet to reach out to. Probably the worst experience I've ever had in the 13 years of bringing my dogs to vets. First, I had a 1pm appt and didn't see the vet until 2pm, they didn't check me out until nearly 3pm. The vet visit was maybe 2 min long (for a dental consultation) the vet made my dog yelp (he's in pain, hence the visit) and goes "what was that..." like he'd never heard a dog in pain before.. then when checking out, they said I had paid my bill already (I had never given them a CC) and when I pointed that out, they had no idea what happe... read more
My experience with SF vet is mixed. I took my cat here for an urgent appointment after discovering blood like stains on my floor. Below are the pros and cons of the experience, with the cons ultimately outweighing the pros. I do not recommend SF vet if you want a safe and effective experience. Pros: 1. They were able to secure an appointment same day. 2. The vet tech girl (brown hair with bangs and tattoos) was SUPER nice.
