They suck in every aspects of managing building. They are very good to collect dues and asking for assessments left and right on time . But they can’t provide services.they are in a wrong business . They should be in debt collecting business.I didn’t want to give any star.

We’ve had this management company for some time now and every year they keep jacking up the price. They send a very confusing statements with hidden fees and just keep talking about how they need to increase fees. They provide no services, no repairs. They don’t even respond to emails. Horrible service, seriously, don’t choose this management company. All they care about is getting your money.
You can read my old review when they were good below. All of that has gone out the window as of late. Carol has moved on, not sure where. It is as if they do not care what owners want at all. They must think the board owns the whole property and they only work for the board. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I get back on the board, the first thing I will be doing is getting rid of SF Valley Management and getting Ed from On Site HOA Management. I have been living in our HOA for 24 years.
