Coop is an amazing trainer! He is not cookie cutter coach-your workouts are tailor made for you and your body type. And the gym is new, modern with brand new equipment. Going there is like flying first class!
I love going to this gym. I’ve been training with Race for over a year and he has totally transformed the way I think about fitness. The gym is in a great location, easy to get to from Mission street and Bart. All of the gym equipment is brand new, it’s a great space to train in.
Coop is an amazing trainer. I've been a client of his for almost 3 years. In addition to being a genuine person, he's a skilled trainer who's able to continually motivate me and adapt to my particular needs and goals. Whatever your fitness goals are, Coop will be able to help you achieve them.
