Reliable, Honest and Timely – This is a family run glass business. I have been using them to repair windows on my apartment buildings and to install showers, skylights and vanities to several units. I found Rosa, the owner, to be personable, charming and funny. No delays, no worries and no bs. I like this company and will continue to use them as my first response to any glass or glazing, mirror or window problems. After YEARS of experience with this company I find their service to be FIRST-RATE.
Worst service I've seen in years – I ordered a shower door from this company and the situation turned bad fast. The company cut the door to the wrong size and didn't bother to call to even let us know. We found out the day before the scheduled intall date only because we call. Dozens of follow up calls were not returned. After several rescheduling appointments they finally showed up to install the door four hours late. Many lies about flat tires and problems on other jobs.
