I have been fortunate enough to reside at the Cambridge Apartments in St Louis Mo on McPherson Ave since 2008. Management: The office management does an excellent job of handling the apartment building. Any problems that may come up is handled promptly. The ladies in the office are a joy to work with and very nice and accommodating. They go out of their way to be helpful. The owners of the building are wonderful to work with. I had the privilege of being able to stay at the lovely Wilminette suite at the McPherson property and I fell in love, with the room, the decor, the attention to detail, the well stocked kitchen with little thoughtful extras, and the staff and other guests and residents who were just all so helpful and truly warm, gracious, people! I said in a previous review it reminded me so much of the old world hotels in Prague which are just outstanding. The management is top notch and you never have to wait on maintenance. All requests are on their tenant app which is very easy to use Their properties are centrally located and in family centered neighborhoods
they let shitty tenants get away with too much.
I've been here a number of months, enough to get the lay of the land. I'm easily giving these guys five stars. General condition This is an apartment complex that was probably built in the 20's. Massively solid walls, all brick exterior. Very clean inside and out. Floors mopped regularly, etc. Maintenance I've had a few maintenance items like the oven not heating.
