I stayed at one of their furnished apartments for 7 months. The rent was very competitive. They provided weekly cleaning and linen change. The owner was very friendly and was very prompt to address any issue. The laundry at the basement with 4 washer and 4 dryers which are enough for the need. $2 per load for each. Every major facilities are within 10 minutes drive. There is everything you need within walking distance, like groceries, restaurants, pharmacy etc. I highly recommend it.

Stayed at 1917 McPherson Avenue from May 22 to June 27, 2025 I had a wonderful experience. All amenities were exactly as listed. The housekeeper came every week and kept the place very well maintained. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Central West End in a very safe neighborhood. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and grocery stores like ALDI and Whole Foods were within walking distance. This is the best rental company I have ever experienced. The employees are friendly and helpful; the procedures are clear and consistent; the spaces are charming, unique, comfortable, clean, organized, efficient, safe, kept up, and conveniently located. I stayed in the beautiful Adler Suite for an extended stay and was sad when I had to leave. I absolutely loved everything about my stay and the beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was safe, comfortable and had everything! needed. Ms. Karen is an angel. The other lovely women I communicated with were so lovely also. Thank you for everything Ms. Karen, I hope to stay with you again if my travels bring me back to St. Louis:)
