I've been here a number of months, enough to get the lay of the land. I'm easily giving these guys five stars. General condition This is an apartment complex that was probably built in the 20's. Massively solid walls, all brick exterior. Very clean inside and out. Floors mopped regularly, etc. Maintenance I've had a few maintenance items like the oven not heating. I have been a tenant with SF Shannon for over a decade and can tell you even when times were challenging for me they showed patience and empathy. The entire staff has carried on Mr. Richard Presley's idea....treat people with dignity and they will reward you with loyalty.
In overall I feel very good. The only issue is that sometimes delivered packages can disappear from the hall. But that the only issue. And it does not happen very often.
