Stayed at 1917 McPherson Avenue from May 22 to June 27, 2025 I had a wonderful experience. All amenities were exactly as listed. The housekeeper came every week and kept the place very well maintained. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Central West End in a very safe neighborhood. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and grocery stores like ALDI and Whole Foods were within walking distance. This is the best rental company I have ever experienced. The employees are friendly and helpful; the procedures are clear and consistent; the spaces are charming, unique, comfortable, clean, organized, efficient, safe, kept up, and conveniently located. I stayed in the beautiful Adler Suite for an extended stay and was sad when I had to leave. I absolutely loved everything about my stay and the beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was safe, comfortable and had everything! needed. Ms. Karen is an angel. The other lovely women I communicated with were so lovely also. Thank you for everything Ms. Karen, I hope to stay with you again if my travels bring me back to St. Louis:)
First it was fully furnished with all the little extra details. Very homey very comfortable. We stayed long term, 5 months. Every Tuesday like clockwork they cleaned the apartment, fresh towels etc. cleanliness and friendliness was top priority . Not to mention the neighborhood, Central West End, restaurants, stores nearby and diverse. I personally 5 minutes away from the church I pastor. I could and did walk many times.
