After reviewing several proposals to have new shingles installed on our roof, we selected SF Roofing. We selected the company for several reasons. The price was comparable to the others. Also they had installed 4 other roofs in our development, The crew was very polite and efficient and protection of shrubs and cleanup was well done.
In December of 2016 I hired SF Roofing Quest, LLC to do a TILE ROOF TUNE-UP and address a small leak. The work was performed. In October 2017 I hired SF Roofing Quest, LLC to do a TILE ROOF TUNE UP and address the leak in the same location as the previous leak. In December 2017 (less than 60-days later) the same leak reappeared. I telephoned Fred M. 7-times over a 2-week period and he never returned my calls, or acknowledge my requests for service.
Had a 19 years old roof replaced that had sporadic leaks over the last couple of years. Fred, the owner, quoted two days for removal and replacement of 41 squares. Done on time. The crew was very respectful and took great care on the installation and not damaging the plants around the house. Very, very pleased with all aspects of the project. Had a complete roof done by this company. Encountered a leak afterwards and they refused to repair the inside ceiling damage. Fred said they don't warranty or fix inside damage. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, be very careful with hiring this company.

The roof passed inspections by the county buiding dept . and a wind mit inspection . Several months after install he had noticed a problem, instead of calling me he went crying to a guy down the street , They told him to call me because that would cause a void in warrantys, He did not call me , after another week he went to another guy and paid him to look at his roof, He told him the roof looks great and he thought that it might be a problem with water condisation on the pipe inside attic , After several weeks he finally ca... read more
