I transitioned to Dr. Im a few years ago when Dr. Mukai retired. Dr. I'm just recently did 2 gum grafts for me and I was very pleased with his care. He and his staff take the time to explain exactly what is needed and what is happening, and I never felt rushed. On the contrary, they make me feel like I am the only patient they need to tend to. Dr. Terry Im and his team have been incredible! I just had my first two-quadrant/tooth gum graft with him and have been very pleased with his technique and the result. The staff have responsive and compassionate with e-mails, calls, and billing. I have had great, sensitive cleanings by dental hygienists with his office as well. I absolutely recommend Dr. Terry Im & team!
Dr. Im is a knowledgeable, skilled and gentle practitioner. In addition, his office staff and hygienists are all amazing with lovely personalities. Everyone has been so kind and professional with me. It can be daunting to need the services of a periodontal doctor but know that you are in great hands with Dr. Im. I am very pleased with my outcome. I would recommend him without any hesitation.
