Extremely unprofessional! I contacted Humberto a week ago to schedule a consultation. He asked for my dates of availability which l clearly provided. He promised to get back to me later that afternoon. He also claims that l did not provide my address , however, it is clearly stated in a text message dated March 6, 2026, as was my cross street! I had a wonderful experience working with SF Gardening services. Humberto always was friendly, clear and prompt with communications. Pricing is straightforward and fair. He and his team showed up on time and did a phenomenal job with the garden. They completed all my specific asks with meticulous attention. Some gardeners show up and hack the hell out of everything. Humberto and team are experts in understanding nuances of each plant.
