I have been a member at this credit union for over 20 years. It used to be A LOT better. Tonight my purse with my debit cards and phone were stolen. I tried to call the credit union to report the cards stolen. Since it is Saturday night, the credit union is closed. The solution on the website and on the contact center voicemail is to use online banking to “lock” the cards, but the problem is to login an authentication code is required.
