This is NO LONGER a CU Co-Op shared branch. "It's been a couple years" but you're still listed as a shared branch. Maybe fix that some time before we're all dead? So glad I dragged myself all the way out to Stonestown to waste an hour and get nothing done!
I have had outstanding service from SF Fire Credit Union. I worked with several employees - Ashley, Hassan, Genie, and Erik - each of whom was professional, courteous, understanding of the time-crunch I was under, and did everything to help me accomplish the difficult financial situation I was wrestling with. I have worked with several other financial institutions; SFFCU stands out to me for their commitment to helping us customers deal with our issues.
