The wait times are absolutely unreasonable. Why am I waiting an HOUR to make change for $100. Unreal. Hire help.. or figure out a different system. Being nice doesn’t change the fact that you people waste everyone’s time with the absolutely ridiculous wait times.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, other than the "me, me!" mentality of modern society. I was able to park close, and was in and out in no time. I opted for a branch visit to pick up a new card. I walked in, signed in at the kiosk screen, sat down and waited all of 2 minutes or less, and was quickly assisted by Kathy who was fabulous to deal with. I want to start out by saying being with SF fire credit union Is the best financial decision of my life, As far as what they offer and the benefits of being part of the credit union, But They’re in branch service is extremely poor, They are always very understaffed with long wait times & You have to make an appointment for the simplest thing like a cash deposit. So in branch services are terrible.
