Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, other than the "me, me!" mentality of modern society. I was able to park close, and was in and out in no time. I opted for a branch visit to pick up a new card. I walked in, signed in at the kiosk screen, sat down and waited all of 2 minutes or less, and was quickly assisted by Kathy who was fabulous to deal with. I want to start out by saying being with SF fire credit union Is the best financial decision of my life, As far as what they offer and the benefits of being part of the credit union, But They’re in branch service is extremely poor, They are always very understaffed with long wait times & You have to make an appointment for the simplest thing like a cash deposit. So in branch services are terrible.

Management refuses to respond to concerns in a timely manner. Refused to issue me or send me new credit card per police. Ignores email system. Does not send a replacement card. Supposedly escañates to management level - who ignores it. Get back to the usa, they have not sent a new credit card. I drive over to Noé Valley office. Their machine is not working. Go to Stonestown. their check in machine is glitchy. The restroom is broken. Line. It’s a Tuesday. They have gone from a fantastic credit union to one that can’t/wont fun... read more

This is NO LONGER a CU Co-Op shared branch. "It's been a couple years" but you're still listed as a shared branch. Maybe fix that some time before we're all dead? So glad I dragged myself all the way out to Stonestown to waste an hour and get nothing done!
