SF Fire in general is a great credit union. Good rates, great customer service. Specifically though, the ones on California and Mint are great. The people are nice, and service is quick.

Bad service, broken fraud detection.
Completely incompetent. They wasted an hour of my time trying to open a checking account. First, the only person capable of opening an account for me wasn't present, and the tellers gave me inaccurate information that made me think I had not brought the correct documents with me. Then, the person who was opening my account was incredibly slow and seemed to not understand how to enter basic information. It took 20 minutes to input my housing history into their computer.
