I'm traveling internationally and my debit card was eaten by an ATM. I contacted SFFCU and they promised immediate resolution. I was to have been sent a form in order to access my funds (thousands of dollars!) and never received it. I am stone broke and po'ed and I have no food in the house and no way to buy any. Talk about bad service. The worse thing is is that 3 different bankers promised resolution and made it sound incredibly easy. I literally have not a penny to my name and I'm very hungry.
This used to be a friendly, happy place with bankers that I knew personally and liked. However, it has changed dramatically, and not for the better. Now I get messages simply signed, "SF Fire Credit Union." They also don't question charges that are suspect-when it was good, I'd get an alert. Not anymore. Someone has hacked my account a number of times and they don't red flag it. I've had to put a freeze on my account for the fourth time.
