I started working with Jess 2 years ago for neck pain and have subsequently done maintenance sessions / check-ins every few weeks since then. I would highly recommend her. She is adept at her craft, tireless, and generally just a pleasant person to be around. I have immense trust in her care (and she’s hilarious, which is a bonus!)

Dr. Tiffany Bagwell at SF Custom Chiropractic has been a lifesaver for me. I carry a lot of tension in my back, lower back, and jaw, and she's been instrumental in helping me manage it. What I really appreciate about Dr. Bagwell is her efficiency. She doesn't waste any time, but that doesn't mean she rushes. Instead, she's incredibly intentional and meticulous in her approach. Beth is an amazing massage therapist. She has helped me address chronic tension points in collaboration with Dr Jess. They share notes across chiropractic and massage sessions for the best care. Beth efficiently allocates our time together across problem areas. Highly recommend!
