I recently came to see Dr. DePhillips after my longtime dentist back home retired, and I couldn’t be more relieved to have found this office! Usually I have a wonderful experience but my most recent appointment has be disappointing. After my cleaning and check up, I went out the lobby to make my next appointment. There was only one receptionist who was helping someone who clearly just dropped in to find out about if his insurance would cover a service. I sat and waited. There was no acknowledgement that I needed to check out. I went to use the restroom and came back and the receptionist was still engaged with the same individual.
