Absolutly awesome. Up and around less than 24 hrs after surgery. Below minimul pain afterword. I put this off for 6 years while exploring alternatives and never got more than 80% relief. Dr. Gahramanov is a dedicated, extremely educated and knowledgeable surgeon. I would highly recommend him. Me: m, 63, 5-11, 190, N/S, light alcohol, active, good general health.
