Brought my Stihl saw in, described the issues and they did not address any of them. They just told me the costly repair "they thought" was needed, and told me I use bad gas which "they say" caused the issue. Didn't ask any questions just assumed they knew better Got a better 2nd option which turned out to be carburetor related, which i suggested, but they "know" better. I won't be going back there, EVER!

Great selection, great service
Brought two chainsaws there that had dirty filters, and needed new spark plugs just basic stuff. I wanted both my saws running tip top for a removal job I have coming up. both saws before bringing them in were cutting at about 75% power, I know this bc I run my saws every single day for a living. THEY WERE RUNNING WHEN I BROUGHT THEM IN. They swapped out all the filters and plugs in one hour and I was charged $250.
